Services
Nevada PEP is proud to offer a wide variety of services free of charge to Nevada families looking for guidance. Below are some of the paths families may take with Nevada PEP. Please browse through the descriptions, and if you would like to get in contact with a representative to allow us to help, please fill out an intake form, and someone will be in touch shortly!
Information And Referral
We are dedicated to supporting families of children with disabilities from the first contact they have with Nevada PEP. During the intake process, PEP representatives provide information about the different ways that PEP can help, and the services offered. Families are encouraged to make use of numerous resources from free in-person trainings, to live or archived webinars.
Transition Services
Transition planning helps to prepare young students for their future. Transition services are based on students’ strengths and their needs. Consideration of the student’s preferences and interests are also important for successful transition planning. Nevada PEP offers trainings, and guidance on transition planning.
Individual Assistance
Nevada PEP believes that parents know their child better than anyone, and that parents are therefore the experts on their children. For families requiring a higher level of support, we assist families individually, and help guide them through the process. PEP educates, empowers, and encourages families to be their child’s best advocate.
